Reinforced kraft paper Packaging

1) Double extra-reinforced natural kraft paper

Composition: 

Two natural kraft paper sheets, being one 60 g/m2 and the other 40 g/m2, glued together and reinforced with tri-directional polyester mesh, approximate weight 125 g/m2.

 

 

Sizes: 

  • Rolls with standard length and width , or as per the customer’s requirement.

  • Standard rolls with 200 to 1000 linear meters, approximate weight 120 kg for 1000 linear meter roll.

  • Standard widths:  1170mm  (black and wood), 1180mm (pearl white and metallized).

 

2) Reinforced Gummed Tape

Gummed tape brings safety to carton boxes, avoiding thefts, once applied it remains permanently sealed, it can only be opened by tearing the tape, with evidence of tampering.

 

Printed in sharp plain colors, or in the natural kraft color, available in the colours as in the above images.

 

 

Composition:

3) Colored double-reinforced kraft paper

 

Printed in sharp plain colors, or in the natural kraft color, available in the colours as in the above images.

 

Composition: 

Two natural kraft paper sheets, being one 60 g/m2 and the other 40 g/m2, glued together and reinforced with tri-directional polyester mesh, approximate weight 125 g/m2.  Printed option with water based ink.

Sizes:

 

  • Rolls with standard length and width , or as per the customer’s requirement.

  • Standard roll length in meters: 50, 100 or 200m.

  • Roll widths: up to 580 mm.

 

4) Polyethylene coated kraft paper

Available in rolls, natural colour.

 

Composition: 

One pure 100 g/m2 kraft paper sheet and one transparent glossy polyethilene film, thermo- laminated together. Approx.weight 100 g/m2.

 

Sizes: 

 

  • Rolls with standard length and width , or as per the customer’s requirement.

  • Standard rolls with 200 to 1000 linear meters, approximate weight 120 kg for 1000 linear meter roll.

  • Standard width: 120 cm, can be subdivided it in smaller widths.
