BOPP Internal Facing & Insulation support
Polypropylene (BOPP) film laminated kraft paper, with or without reinforcement mesh
Main Applications: Thermal insulation internal finishing and support for metal roof and panels
BOPP colours: White, Metallized, Black, Wood
The Pearl White colour is indicated for daytime spaces and working environments, such as offices, schools and warehouses.
Black colours are indicated for nightime spaces, such as theaters, restaurants and churches.
Product Options:
1) Reinforced:
Tri-dimensional polyester mesh reinforced BOPP-kraft paper laminate:
- Single: one BOPP film, one 80 g/m2 kraft paper sheet, reinforcement mesh. Approx weight 118 to 128 g/m2.
- Double: one BOPP film, two 60 g/m2 kraft paper sheets with reinforcement mesh in between. Approx weight 179 to 183 g/m2.
2) Plain – without reinforcement:
BOPP-kraft paper laminate:
One BOPP film, one 80 g/m2 kraft paper sheet.
Approx weight 110 to 120 g/m2.
Roll Sizes:
Supplied in rolls with length and width according to the customer’s requirements.
Standard roll lengths from 200 to 1000 linear meters (approx. weight 120kg for 1000m roll).
Standard widths: 1170mm (black and wood) and 1180mm (pearl white and metallized).
